Presenter: Ashley Kloes

Presenter’s Title: Research Coordinator, Davey Research

Bio: Ashley Kloes has a love of all things birds. Birds have been a special part of her life in many ways from caring for her parrots and chickens to feeding the wild birds in her yard. Ashley has a degree in Zoology from Kent State University where she studied birds, other animals and ecosystems. Because of these things, she loves to spread awareness to the tree communities about how we share our outdoor spaces with so many other creatures. Ashley is the Research Coordinator for Davey Tree where she works on various projects on tree diseases, products, pollinators and other insects. She is also a certified arborist through ISA and a certified pesticide applicator through the Ohio Department of Agriculture.
