Tree Selection—Selecting the most appropriate trees: When the analysis of the needed functions, tree-planting sites, users and rights is done, the moment has come to make concrete proposals of tree species. The checklist of ideal tree characteristics can then be used to match the selected tree as closely as possible to the locations and functions identified.
